How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but typically take 3-7 business days across Canada and the United States.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders over a specific threshold, typically $75 or more. Please check our shipping policy page for current regional details.
What is your return policy for coffee and brewing equipment?
Unopened brewing equipment and accessories can be returned within 30 days. Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee beans or K-Cup pods.
Are your coffee beans roasted to order?
To ensure maximum flavor, we roast in small batches frequently. Each bag is marked with a roast date so you can enjoy your coffee at its peak freshness.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Can I track my shipment?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.
