At ECS Coffee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your brewing experience; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that all returned equipment is in its original packaging and that consumable products like coffee pods remain unopened for safety and quality reasons.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your ECS Coffee account or use our Guest Return Portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and a copy of your packing slip or RA document.

Ship Items Back

Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Receive Refund or Credit

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
